Why We Built a Dedicated Co-Managed IT Service
Most of Managed IT Asia's core business has, since 1987, been built around fully managed IT - taking complete ownership of a small business's technology so the owner never has to think about it. Over the years, we kept meeting a different kind of business: one that already had a capable IT person or small team on staff, but couldn't stretch that team to cover proper endpoint monitoring, Microsoft 365 security hardening, or a properly implemented backup and disaster recovery solution.
Positioning our regular managed IT offering at that business made no sense - they didn't need someone to replace their IT team, they needed someone to reinforce it. CoManagedIT.Asia exists specifically for that situation: businesses in Singapore and across Asia with 1-3 internal IT staff, or a regional office reporting to an overseas HQ, that need defined, specialist support alongside the team they already trust.
